Find yourself a decent set of stairs then the main aim is to see how many sets you can do in a given time. You could start with 10 minutes then work your way up to 30-40 minutes. I like to break the workout up into sets of 3-5 and I generally alternate single stairs with double stairs (that is two at a time). Go hard!! And, as always, make sure you have a decent warm-up and cool-down.
