Soul-searching Stair Loop

The aim of this session is to find a set of stairs and add a run in between each set of stairs. If you have two sets of stairs close by you can set yourself a time frame of 10, 15, 20 minutes and run from stair to stair. Either do full sets of stairs or tackle the stairs as a pyramid (you obviously need to find sets of stairs with multiple flights), ie, first flight of stairs 1, run to stairs 2 and do first flight there, back to stairs 1 and 2 flights etc etc. Work up then work down and feel the burn!
